About Jennifer Stevens
Jennifer Stevens is a successful entrepreneur based in Austin, Texas. She is the founder and president of JHL Company and Rocca Productions. Her two thriving businesses currently employ nearly 20 professionals. In 2004, Jennifer founded JHL Company – a full-service public affairs, fundraising, and event management firm serving corporate, non-profit, and association clients across the United States. The company experienced significant growth in 2011, resulting in the staff size doubling in just one year. Founded in 2010, Rocca Productions is a customer service driven promotional branding company. It was born from JHL’s frustration with inconsistent quality, inflated profit margins, nail-biting delivery schedules and – above all – a complete lack of creativity and marketing insight from other vendors. Before she was a small business owner, Jennifer started her career in politics and served in a variety of capacities for numerous campaigns. In her last political campaign in 2002, Jennifer served as the Campaign Manager for United States Senator John Cornyn.

With her nearly 20 years of experience in government and public affairs, Jennifer has provided expertise and guidance to clients such as AT&T, Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas, Children’s Advocacy Centers of Central Texas, The First Tee of Greater Austin, Citi, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Rise Across Texas Foundation, State Firemen’s and Fire Marshals’ Association, Texas Business Leadership Council, Texas Healthcare and Bioscience Institute, Texas Motor Transportation Association, and more.

Jennifer serves on the Board of the Susan G. Komen Austin Affiliate, on the Board of the Texas Association of Business, as an Umlauf Sculpture Garden Board Member, as a Fellow for the Robert S. Strauss Center, and as a Director of the Texas Lyceum. She was also named a 2011 “Woman of Influence” by the Austin Business Journal. Jennifer is a native of Denton, Texas and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Austin with her husband and three children.
