What should I wear to the event?
For this outdoor event, we recommend layering up to stay cozy. Don't worry about the drinks - we've got you covered with delicious cider, beer, wine, and hard seltzer. Our covered garden area has plenty of outdoor space heaters to keep you warm. When it comes to footwear, sensible shoes are recommended as most of the garden is unpaved. Leave the fancy white shoes at home and opt for something comfortable yet stylish. Let's keep it practical, y'all!
I want to participate in the Coat Drive, but I can’t attend the event. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! We appreciate your charitable spirit. If you can't make it to the event, you can still make a difference by purchasing a coat online. Click on the link provided to contribute and impact someone's life. Thank you for your generosity, even from afar!
What's the parking situation like?
Arrive a little earlier to secure a spot in our parking lot. If it's full, don't worry! There's ample street parking in the neighborhood. Please be considerate of driveways and mailboxes, and avoid parking in other business lots. Let's keep up the Austin parking courtesy, shall we?
Do I need to register? Can I register on-site?
Absolutely! We kindly request that you register in advance through the link sent in a members-only email. This helps us ensure a smooth event by having an accurate headcount. If life gets busy and you can't register beforehand, don't fret! On-site registration is available through our trusty webpage. Flexibility is key, y'all!
Can I bring a plus one?
The more, the merrier! Feel free to bring along a colleague or two. Just make sure they also register in advance to receive a warm Texas welcome. We don't want anyone to miss out on the fun, so encourage them to sign up ahead of time and let's get this party started!
Do I need to be an active AMA member to attend?
Not at all! This event is open to everyone, whether they're an AMA member or not. We're advocates for inclusivity here in Austin. While there is a $20 fee for non-AMA members, it's complimentary for those who hold AMA membership. So, come one, come all, and let's enjoy a memorable time together!
What's on the menu?
Alongside cider from Moontower Cider Company, and water from Liquid Death, we’ll serve an assortment of local beers, wines, and hard seltzer. Light snacks will also be provided.
