Carrie Vanston is a keynote speaker and leadership coach who helps executives, business owners, and professionals reignite passion, shift mindset, and boost impact through her Leadership Mindset Success System.

Carrie co-authored the award-winning book MiniTrends and has been featured in Texas CEO Magazine, Austin Business Journal, and the NSA Austin Anthology. A sought-after global speaker, she has led workshops and keynotes on visionary leadership worldwide. She previously led the MiniTrends Project and Conference Series at Technology Futures, Inc. (TFI), where she now serves on the board and advises its nonprofit Art 84.

An Austin Business Journal 2024 Women in Business Honoree, Carrie is also a board member of NSA Austin and former founder of the ACG Austin/San Antonio C-Suite Roundtable. She holds certifications from iPEC, ICF, and The Travel Coach Network. Based in Austin, she enjoys dancing, traveling, and spending time with her two teenage sons.
