Bill Gardner is the founder and managing partner of Noetic Outcomes Consulting. He has more than 35 years of experience coaching executives, improving team functioning, strengthening organizations and creatively addressing problems and issues. His recent clients include 3M, American Airlines, GE, Turner Broadcasting System and Zimmer Orthopedics, among others. Prior to founding his own firm, Bill spent nearly two decades leading global Organization and Leadership Development for AMD. People describe Bill as direct, insightful, easy-going and focused. A natural born storyteller, he can weave complex data or difficult information into easy-to-understand and readily available knowledge. He is fully certified by the International Coaching Federation and has done extensive Ph.D. level coursework in organization behavior, human resource development and leadership at the University of Texas. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in finance and economics from Mississippi State University and an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi.
